What is Flock Theory Anyway?
Whether it’s the shoaling behavior of fish, the swarming behavior of insects, or herd behavior of land animals, flocking behavior is a beautiful thing to behold. We love geeking out on the academic study of social identity, collective social behaviors, and their application to systems of people. As a company, a community, an industry, and a society, Flock Theory speaks to the tenants of collective performance unleashed.

Flock Theory is a learning-centric and future-focused speaker agency & bureau. We represent multi-hyphenate intellectuals who are irresistible, inclusive, and impactful. Our deliberately diverse community of thought leaders and learners—we call them Flockstars—defy traditional labels and silos to skill, reskill, and upskill the workforce, from stage to screen, bookshelf to boardroom, and classroom to congress.
