With an accomplished career spanning the telecom and non-profit sectors, Natalie is now the CEO of Breakthrough to Millions, LLC and The Total Package Consulting Group, where she guides companies to boost employee engagement, develop powerful leaders, and increase profits.
Natalie’s leadership prowess doesn't just stop in the boardroom. She has made her mark as an influential speaker and trainer with the esteemed John Maxwell Team, and she's also been recognized as one of Northstar Meetings Group's "Best Speakers of Today".
Her role as a mentor, however, is perhaps closest to her heart. Drawing from her own journey of overcoming adversity, Natalie founded Code Next Generation, a youth organization that empowers young people to transition successfully into adulthood. In recognition of her work, participants of her program received White House recognition from President Barack Obama for exceptional community service.
Above all, Natalie is a devoted mother to her two sons, Elijah and Jayden, whose laughter serves as her motivation and joy. Her journey is testament to her belief that each of us has the capacity for greatness, and it's this belief that energizes her life's work.
